We were delighted to attend and present at UKISUG Connect 2021 this month. Dom introduced the delegates to ‘The Calm Cs of Business Change’ in his session, which was met with a very positive response.
Dom spoke about his direct experience of being a business-side project manager in the trenches, and delegates learnt about a holistic approach to managing business change in the world of ERP implementations, and about common causes of failure, and known critical success factors.
Dom conveyed his thanks to the UKISUG team for the excellent conference and the opportunity to present.
